Boneless chicken (cut into 1 inch strips) 500 gms
Oil 1/2 cup
Ginger paste 1teaspoon
Garlic paste 1teaspoon
Tomatoes 2 medium
Yogurt 2-3 tablespoons (to taste)
Onion 1/2 medium
Coriander to garnish and Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
white cumin powder 2 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger and garlic paste and saute. Add ground tomatoes, about 1/2 cup water and all the spices. After a minute add chicken strips. cook for 5-6 min then add onion slices. Cook until chicken is done. Add yogurt.
Stir for a while and turn off heat. Garnish with coriander.
