Ingredients

1 (5 lb) of ducklings
2 tbsp. of soy sauce
1 clove of minced garlic
1 tbsp. of honey
1 1/2 tsp. of sugar
1 tbsp. of powdered ginger
1 tsp. of salt
1/4 tsp. of pepper

Cooking Instructions

First you need to wash and dry the duckling. Then you can add the remaining ingredients and brush inside and out over duckling; let this stand for approx. 1 hour, turning occasionally. This will need to roast at 350 degrees for approx. 2 hours, turning and basting with drippings occasionally. Serve.
