1kg green king prawns
1 tablespoon salt
1 lemon juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup milk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
oil for deep frying
Peal and devein prawns, combine with salt and lemon. Whisk eggs and add milk. Roll prawns in flour, dip in eggs mixture. Toss in breadcrumbs, and deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown
